Requirements
-1 year of inbound phone experience

-Ability to take responsibility and resolve problems as they come
up.
Responsibilities
-Answer inbound calls and book appointments
-Contact field technicians and coordinate dispatch assignments
-Making weekly deposits and general office work
Senior Field Technician - Boston Metro
West (95 Belt)
Requirements
MINIMUM of 2 years in the IT industry
A+,Network+, MCP, MCDST certifications preferred
At least 100 service calls
Associates Degree Preferred
Excellent Customer service skills
Ability to think on your feet and adapt to new situations without
supervision
Ability to see problems through to completion
Desire to grow technically and tackle new problems
Responsibilities
-Travel to Customer sites and resolve software/hardware issues
in Windows-based environments
-Perform wireless network setups
-Removing spyware, viruses and system tuning
-Purchasing assistance and making hardware recommendations
